Commercial Window Replacement
We remove existing windows and install new commercial windows, including related membranes and perimeter flashings when they form part of the confirmed scope. Work is sequenced to keep the building weathertight and minimize disruption on occupied sites, whether it's a single opening or a full building's worth of windows being replaced in phases.
Commercial window replacement typically comes up for one of two reasons: the existing windows have reached the end of their service life, showing failed seals or deteriorated frames, or a building is being upgraded for better thermal performance. Either way, the opening has to be reviewed and measured before ordering, since existing rough openings on older buildings often don't match current standard window sizes.
We start with a site review to measure every opening and confirm existing conditions — older buildings often have rough openings that don't match today's standard window sizes. Once windows are ordered to the confirmed measurements, removal and installation are sequenced opening by opening or floor by floor, so the building stays weathertight and only a limited area is open at any given time. Where perimeter membranes or flashings are part of the scope, they're installed as part of the same sequence.
