Commercial Glass Doors

We supply and install commercial aluminum doors and frameless glass doors, coordinating the hardware with the opening and the surrounding glazing system so the finished door operates smoothly and matches the storefront or partition it's part of. This covers new entrance systems as well as door replacement on existing buildings.

Commercial door systems range from aluminum-framed entrance doors — the standard for storefronts and exterior entrances — to frameless glass doors used at interior partitions, lobbies and premium entrances. Hardware selection, including closers, panic devices, locks and pivots, has to match both the door type and the traffic and code requirements of the opening.

We confirm the door type, size and hardware against the opening and the surrounding glazing system before ordering. Framed aluminum doors are fabricated to match the storefront or curtain wall they're part of; frameless doors are ordered to the confirmed opening dimensions. Hardware is fitted and adjusted during installation so the door swings, closes and locks correctly before we call the job complete.

Glass and material options.

Tempered glass

Standard for frameless glass doors and the glazing in framed aluminum doors, since it's required by code at door height and breaks safely if it fails.

Aluminum framing

Extruded aluminum door frames, available in a range of finishes, sized and detailed to match the surrounding storefront or partition system.

Door hardware

Closers, panic devices, pivots and locking hardware selected to match the door type, traffic level and code requirements of the opening.

What's involved.

Aluminum entrance doors

Framed aluminum doors sized and glazed to match the storefront or curtain wall system they're installed into. Finish and hardware prep are confirmed against the surrounding system before fabrication.

Frameless glass doors

Frameless tempered-glass doors for lobbies, interior partitions and premium entrances, with patch or pivot hardware as required. These are ordered to precise field dimensions since there's no frame to absorb tolerance.

Door hardware coordination

Closers, locking hardware and panic devices are specified and coordinated with the door and opening before installation. We adjust hardware on site so the door operates correctly, not just fits.

Replacement and renovation work

Existing doors are removed and replaced with minimal disruption on occupied or actively operating buildings. Openings are often secured temporarily during the swap so the building stays safe overnight.

How we work with you.

Direct communication

You deal directly with the team doing the work, from your first drawings review through to final installation — no layers to go through for a straight answer.

Field measurement, not guesswork

Openings are measured on site before ordering, not assumed from drawings, so what arrives fits the first time.

Scoped to your schedule

Work is sequenced around your construction or occupancy schedule, whether that's a single trade window or a multi-phase rollout.

One point of contact

Supply and installation run through the same team, so there's one place to go if anything needs adjusting.

Commercial Glass Doors FAQs.

In most cases, yes — a single door and frame can typically be replaced independently of the surrounding glazing, since storefront systems are generally built as individual framed sections. We'll assess the specific opening to confirm, but it's rare that a single door replacement requires disturbing the fixed glazing around it.
