Multi-Residential Mirror Packages

We coordinate mirror packages for multi-residential developments, apartment buildings and hospitality projects, sized to repeat consistently across dozens or hundreds of suites. Measurement, ordering and installation are scheduled to match the building's occupancy and construction timeline.

Mirror packages on multi-residential projects need to be planned differently than a one-off installation — the same suite layout repeats across many units, so getting the sizing and mounting details right on the first unit matters for every unit that follows. Common areas such as lobbies, fitness rooms and amenity spaces are typically scoped separately from suite mirrors.

We start with the suite mix and typical floor plan to confirm mirror sizing for each layout, then measure a representative sample of units to validate those sizes before ordering in volume. Common-area mirrors are scoped separately based on the amenity spaces. Installation is scheduled floor by floor or block by block to match the building's construction or occupancy sequence, so units are ready when residents move in.

Glass and material options.

Mirror glass

Standard silvered glass mirror, available in different thicknesses depending on panel size and mounting method.

Beveled and flat-polish edges

Edge treatment options for suite and common-area mirrors — beveled for a more finished look, flat-polished for a cleaner modern edge.

Mounting hardware

J-channel, clips or adhesive mounting depending on the mirror size, wall substrate and finish requirements of the space.

What's involved.

Suite mirror packages

Standardized mirror sizing for repeatable suite layouts, ordered and installed to match the unit mix. Sample units are measured and confirmed before the full package is ordered.

Common-area mirrors

Lobby, amenity and fitness-room mirrors scoped and installed alongside the suite package. These are often larger, custom-sized pieces sized to the specific room.

Measurement and scheduling

Units are measured and mirrors scheduled for installation to match the building's occupancy timeline. Scheduling accounts for which floors or blocks are ready for finishing trades.

Phased installation

Installation is phased across the building so it lines up with construction sequencing and occupancy releases. This avoids mirrors sitting installed and unprotected in units that aren't ready for occupancy yet.

How we work with you.

Direct communication

You deal directly with the team doing the work, from your first drawings review through to final installation — no layers to go through for a straight answer.

Field measurement, not guesswork

Openings are measured on site before ordering, not assumed from drawings, so what arrives fits the first time.

Scoped to your schedule

Work is sequenced around your construction or occupancy schedule, whether that's a single trade window or a multi-phase rollout.

One point of contact

Supply and installation run through the same team, so there's one place to go if anything needs adjusting.

Multi-Residential Mirror Packages FAQs.

Yes — that's the core of how we scope multi-residential packages. Rather than measuring every single unit individually, we confirm sizing once per distinct suite layout, validate it against a sample of actual units, and then order and install consistently across every matching unit. This keeps the result uniform across the building and avoids the delays that come with measuring hundreds of units one at a time.
