A glazing subcontractor built around coordination.
Virco Glass Ltd. is a commercial glazing subcontractor based in Langley, British Columbia, working with general contractors, builders and property teams on storefront, curtain wall, window, door, interior glazing, mirror and shower glass scopes across the Lower Mainland and throughout the province.
We work as a subcontractor, which means the job is to make someone else's project easier — reading the drawings the way a GC or property manager needs them read, catching glazing-scope issues before they become schedule problems, and showing up with a plan rather than just a price. That's the role we've built the business around: not just supplying and installing glass, but coordinating it into a project that has a dozen other trades, a schedule, and a client who needs it done right the first time.
Most of what we do falls into three areas: commercial glazing for general contractors and builders, multi-residential glass packages sized to repeat consistently across dozens or hundreds of suites, and repair or renovation work on existing buildings. The specifics of each are different, but the way we approach them isn't — review the documents or existing conditions, confirm the scope in writing, and coordinate material and installation around whoever else is working on the project.
