Completed frameless office glass partition and door system

Interior Glass Partitions

We supply and install interior frameless glazing for offices, institutions and commercial tenant improvements throughout British Columbia, from single-office partitions to full-floor fit-outs. Partitions, doors and sidelites are coordinated as one system so sightlines, hardware and finishes line up across the space.

Interior glass partitions let daylight travel through a floor plate while still dividing space acoustically and visually — a common feature in modern office fit-outs, meeting rooms and institutional interiors. Because the glass and hardware are visible on both sides, tolerances and finish quality matter more here than in most other glazing work.

We start by confirming the partition layout, glass makeup and hardware against the design drawings, paying close attention to ceiling conditions and floor tolerances since frameless systems have less room to hide imperfections. Glass and hardware are ordered to the confirmed field dimensions, and installation is sequenced around other interior trades so partitions go in once the surrounding finishes are ready.

Glass and material options.

Tempered glass

The standard glazing for interior partitions, required by code at accessible heights and chosen for how it breaks safely if damaged.

Acoustic laminated glass

Laminated glass with an acoustic interlayer, used where sound attenuation between glazed offices or meeting rooms matters as much as the visual divide.

Frosted film options

Frosted or dotted patterns applied to partition glass for privacy while keeping daylight transfer, commonly used at meeting rooms and washroom-adjacent partitions.

What's involved.

Frameless glass partitions

Full-height or partial-height partitions with minimal visible framing, sized to the space and ceiling condition. Tolerances are tighter than framed systems, so field measurement happens close to installation.

Glass doors and sidelites

Matching glass doors and fixed sidelites keep sightlines and hardware consistent across an office or suite. Door swing and hardware are confirmed against the floor plan before ordering.

Tempered safety glass

Partition glazing is tempered for safety, meeting code requirements for glass at accessible heights. Thickness is selected based on panel size and the specification.

Hardware and finish coordination

Patch fittings, door hardware and finishes are coordinated with the design so the installed system matches the drawings. Finish samples are confirmed before ordering to avoid mismatches on install day.

How we work with you.

Direct communication

You deal directly with the team doing the work, from your first drawings review through to final installation — no layers to go through for a straight answer.

Field measurement, not guesswork

Openings are measured on site before ordering, not assumed from drawings, so what arrives fits the first time.

Scoped to your schedule

Work is sequenced around your construction or occupancy schedule, whether that's a single trade window or a multi-phase rollout.

One point of contact

Supply and installation run through the same team, so there's one place to go if anything needs adjusting.

Interior Glass Partitions FAQs.

Standard tempered glass offers limited acoustic separation compared to a full wall assembly — it will reduce sound somewhat, but conversations can often still be heard through it. If sound privacy matters for a meeting room or private office, ask about acoustic laminated glass, which uses a special interlayer designed to dampen sound transmission and performs significantly better than standard glass.
