Multi-Residential Shower Glass Packages

We coordinate shower doors and enclosures for repeatable suite layouts and phased multi-residential construction schedules, from a handful of show suites through to full-building rollouts. The same enclosure design is measured and installed consistently across every matching bathroom layout.

Shower glass on multi-residential projects follows the same repeatable-layout logic as mirror packages: most buildings have a small number of distinct bathroom layouts that repeat across many suites, so the enclosure design, glass thickness and hardware finish are standardized once and then measured and installed unit by unit as construction reaches each floor.

We confirm the bathroom layout types across the building and measure a sample unit for each distinct layout before ordering. Glass, hardware finish and enclosure style are standardized per layout type so every matching unit gets a consistent result. Installation follows the building's construction sequence, floor by floor, timed to happen after tiling and plumbing rough-in are complete but before final unit turnover.

Required for shower doors and enclosures by code, chosen for strength in a wet environment and for breaking safely if damaged.

Clear and frosted glass

Clear glass is standard; frosted adds privacy; low-iron glass is also available to reduce the green tint visible in thicker glass panels for a premium look.

Hardware finishes

Hinges, handles and channel hardware available in a range of finishes to match the suite's plumbing fixtures and cabinet hardware.

Frameless shower doors

Frameless tempered-glass doors sized to each bathroom layout, with hardware finishes matched to the suite's fixtures. Door swing and clearance are confirmed against the layout before ordering.

Fixed panels and enclosures

Fixed glass panels and full enclosures for tub and shower configurations across the suite mix. Enclosure style is standardized per layout so results are consistent unit to unit.

Hardware-finish coordination

Hinges, handles and channel hardware are coordinated in finish with the rest of the bathroom fittings. Finish samples are confirmed against the suite's plumbing fixtures before ordering.

Phased suite installation

Installation is scheduled floor by floor to match construction progress and occupancy releases. We time installation to happen after tiling and plumbing rough-in but before unit turnover.
